Excursion to Toubkal National Park
- We will be picking you up from your Marrakech hotel or riad accommodation at 8:30 am.
- Our destination is the village of Asni.
- If Saturday is approaching, we will make a visit to the most significant local market in Asni, where individuals from the surrounding villages come to buy, sell, and exchange, as the bartering method is still prevalent. Everything is visible to you. Fruits, vegetables, shoes, clothes, animals like donkeys, mules, chickens, goats, and crafts are all available.
- Continuing our route, we will stop to take panoramic photos of some prominent sites.
- We will travel to Imlil town, where you can have tea and take a brief break.
- Our small route will take us through the Berber villages of the High Atlas in 4×4 car. You can interact with the inhabitants of these villages directly, experiencing their cultures and customs. Upon reaching the village of Aremd (2050m), you will have a stunning view of the Toubkal National Park, the Imlil valley, and the Jbel Toukbal, which is the highest peak in North Africa at 4167m.
- We’ll have a traditional lunch at a Berber family house before returning to Imlil.
- You can rent a mule ride, which is not included in the price.
- Around 17:00, we will arrive in Marrakech.
